We are looking for a skilled Claims Admin Officer will be responsible for receiving and acknowledging claims, logging them on the system, and providing Batch Number / Unique Claim Reference Number. Follow up on missing requirements with customer service, insurance companies, service providers, brokers or the members. Assign Batches to users for processing.Documentation and reporting of incoming volume and output.Your Job:Receive batches from PIC, Brokers, Providers, Customer Service and MembersOpen batches in MedNext+ with agreed TAT 1 working day or less.Ensure that the member, CS, broker receive a reference numberSegregate batches according to benefit.Fulfill missing requirements such as bank details, medical reports, proof of payment … etc.Assign open batches to claims officersMonitoring and reporting of claims officers’ daily productivity.Monitoring and reporting of reported and outstanding claimsYour Profile:Minimum 1-3 year experience in the insurance industry or TPA Company or providers in terms of claims cycle.Very Good Computer SkillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsVery Good Command of the English languageTeamworkAttention to detailsTime ManagementCustomer CentricProblem-Solving
