MedNet Egypt is one of the leading managed care service organisations that cater to healthcare needs. We are looking for a skilled Admin Officer - Medical - who will be accountable to assist the medical department in enhancing the process of requests verification and early reply to the requests that need data completion to enhance satisfaction levels of external customers by providing accurate product / service information and resolving service issues.Your JobHandle optical and dental requests via email and fax, ensuring compliance with insurance rules and internal guidelines for efficient service delivery.Contact VIP clients and policyholders to clarify missing data and communicate rejection reasons.Verifying incoming requests using MedPro, ensuring eligibility, policy status, and required documentation are accurate before processing.Accurately input card numbers, policyholder names, and reply paths (mail/fax) into MedPro for proper tracking and response.Perform quality checks to identify missing documentation and ensure complete and accurate claim submissions.Register and assign valid authorization requests for further review by medical teams.Gather and direct customer feedback to relevant units to improve service levels and manage expectations regarding insurance coverage limitations.Prepare and send weekly performance reports to the department manager, including productivity, SLA compliance, and delayed authorizations.Act as the first point of contact for complaints, assess their validity, and escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments.Speak with customers to gather complaint details, update them on resolutions, and ensure their concerns are addressed in a timely manner.Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions, ensuring proper documentation for future reference.Recommend enhancements to services, procedures, or products to minimize complaints and improve overall customer experience.Your Profile:Bachelor’s degree in any field where medical degree such as (Pharmacy, Science, Nursing, etc.) would be a plus.Fresh Graduate to 2 years’ experience in a customer service role within a TPA environment \Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge related to medical terminology would be a plus.Time management skills.Good command in EnglishGood interpersonal skills.Excellent spoken and written communication skills.Quality focus and customer orientedProblem solving skills.
