The studio has 10 years in business, 700+ weddings captured, a verified Instagram following of 45.8K, and a strong reputation inside the Coptic community across NJ and NY.This is a premium sales role. You are not cold calling. Every lead that reaches you has already expressed interest. Your job is to convert that interest into a confirmed booking.What You Will DoRespond to inbound inquiries across Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, website forms, and direct callsRun structured discovery calls — understand the couple's wedding details, budget, and needs before recommending packagesWalk couples through photography and videography packages, add-ons, and pricing with confidenceHandle objections professionally and honestlyExecute a structured follow-up system: Day 1, Day 3, Day 7Log every interaction and update every lead stage in HubSpot CRMCoordinate booking confirmations and deposit collectionWhat This Role RequiresFluent spoken and written English — natural, warm, and professional.
