Job DescriptionWe’re hiring a Remote Sales Executive to handle inbound leads for a wedding photography and videography business serving the US market.This role is not about aggressive selling. It’s about building trust, guiding conversations, and helping clients feel confident in their decision during one of the most important moments in their lives.You’ll be speaking with couples, understanding their vision, and recommending the right package based on their needs — in a calm, clear, and professional way.We’re looking for someone who is naturally warm, detail-oriented, and able to create a smooth, comfortable client experience.Responsibilities• Handle inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) • Build rapport quickly and create a comfortable conversation • Understand client needs, vision, and priorities • Recommend suitable packages based on their situation • Clearly explain services, value, and next steps • Handle objections professionally (price, timing, comparisons) • Follow up consistently and move leads toward closing • Manage pipeline and update CRMRequirements• 3–6 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development • Strong B2C sales experience (inbound or closing roles preferred) • Excellent communication skills with a calm, friendly, and confident tone • High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive conversations • Strong objection handling and closing skills • Ability to guide conversations without sounding scripted • Organized and consistent with follow-ups and pipeline management • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) is a plus • Comfortable working remotely during US business hoursWhat We’re Looking For• A warm, engaging communication style • Strong listening skills and attention to detail • Someone who can build trust quickly with clients • Professional, reliable, and self-managedCompensation• Base salary + commission • Performance-based bonuses • Growth opportunities
