We are looking for a hands-on Cluster Quality Lead to join a leading global packaging technology business in Egypt.This is a highly visible, customer-facing technical role for someone who thrives at the intersection of quality, food safety, operational problem-solving and customer partnership. You will act as the key quality representative across the region, leading complex customer complaint investigations, supporting operations, driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and working closely with technical service, commercial and regional quality teams.Responsibilities:• Lead and coordinate customer quality complaint investigations from initial escalation through to resolution• Conduct on-site quality investigations• Act as the key quality contact for customers, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process• Support customer audits, quality documentation requests and KPI reviews• Deliver training and technical guidance on quality assurance• Drive continuous improvement and change-management initiatives across the region• Partner with regional teams to strengthen service quality, governance and customer confidenceExperience:• A degree in Food Technology, Biological Sciences, Engineering or Packaging• 3–5+ years’ experience within food processing, packaging or a related technical quality environment• Strong knowledge of food microbiology, quality assurance and problem-solving methodologies• Experience with SAP and customer complaint-management processes• Fluent English and professional French communication skills• The ability and willingness to travel extensively across MEA
