Job Title: Collections ManagerLocation: Cairo, EgyptEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Collections Manager for Telecom to lead and manage collection operations, drive portfolio performance, and ensure achievement of recovery and profitability targets.This role requires a strong leader who can manage teams at scale, handle client expectations, and ensure full compliance with regulatory and company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Collections Team Leaders and collectors to achieve monthly targetsOwn and drive collection performance across assigned portfoliosDevelop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize recovery ratesMonitor productivity, quality, and adherence to KPIs and SLAsAnalyze performance reports and take corrective actions to improve resultsAct as the main point of contact for client escalations and operational issuesEnsure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policiesSupport recruitment, training, and performance management of teamsConduct a weekly business review with directors to assess performanceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field5–10 years of experience in collections, receivables, or call center operationsMinimum 2–4 years in a managerial roleStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesStrong analytical and reporting skillsGood understanding of compliance and ethical collection practicesStrong ability to conduct meetings and present information clearly and confidentlyStrong English levelAbility to work on Saturdays (based on business need ) and adapt to the designated days offWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageMonthly performance incentivesClear career progression pathProfessional and stable work environment6 days off/ MonthFixed morning shiftHow to ApplyInterested candidates can apply by sending their updated CV to:Careers@cmsegcare.com
