Assist in developing colors to meet customers' expectations for different applications, namely, blown film, Cast Films, Injection Molding, Blow Molding, fibers, ISBM … Follow the trial at the customers, do troubleshooting, and handle CARs related to customer complaints.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for creating new formulations under the guidance of the tech manager and the R&D managerWorking knowledge of various Pigments, Dyes, Polymer & engineering PlasticsMaintain equipment conditions and calibrate laboratory equipment per std procedures with the help of the R&D department.Good experience in using R&D instruments such as spectrophotometers, extruders, two-roll mills, presses, MFI, DSC, FTIR, etc.Should have good/excellent knowledge of pigments, dyes, and mica pigmentsTo ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift, and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the company's Health and Safety policyProblem-solving and troubleshooting skills are used to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast, effective action to resolve the problems at handTo work closely with other quality control engineers and support quality in case of any RM change or deviation during the production step.Maintain housekeeping standards (5S) to ensure a clean and safe workplaceHaving experience working with the Oracle system, maintaining records, preparing reports, etc.Various other duties as assigned by the department head.Job Requirement:Education: Bachelor's Degree (3 years in University) or a degree in the field of Organic Chemistry / analytical chemistry / Polymer Science / Chemical EngineeringYears of Experience: 4+ (similar position in the masterbatch business with reputable company)Language: English Computer skills: Microsoft Office and the Oracle system would be an advantage
