Business Line:ELSEWEDY POLYMERSWork Location:10th Of Ramadan, EgyptMain Purpose Of The JobTo strengthen the sales pipeline by ensuring a continuous flow of well‑qualified, high‑potential leads that improve conversion rates, shorten the sales cycle, and support sustainable revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential customers or markets to expand the sales pipeline.Generate leads through different channels to ensure a flow of qualified prospects for the sales team.Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before sharing them with the sales team in order to improve sales efficiency.Provide background information and insights about prospects to help sales reps tailor their approach to enable personalized and effective communication.Maintain and update customer databases to keep leads and customer information accurate and accessible.Track lead status and ensure proper documentation of interactions to monitor progress and maintain transparency.Analyze lead conversion rates and suggest improvements to identify bottlenecks and optimize lead generation.Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to sales representatives to avoid delays in the sales cycle.Follow up with sales reps to track progress and gather feedback to assess lead quality and refine future lead generation.Job Requirement:Years of experience: 6:9Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any relevantProfessional Certificates: CRMLanguage proficiency: EnglishComputer skills: Microsoft Office
