Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the preparation of Production Data Sheets (PDS) aligned with the production plan issued by the Planning Department, ensuring timely and accurate execution of work orders. Monitor and evaluate the progress of work orders, analyzing performance metrics to ensure alignment with production targets and operational efficiency. Supervise the preparation and submission of comprehensive daily, monthly, and annual production performance reports to support data-driven decision-making. Lead and develop high-performing teams capable of achieving factory objectives, proactively identifying and eliminating operational obstacles. Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership across all levels of the production team. Ensure all products consistently meet or exceed established quality and compliance standards. Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the preventive maintenance strategy to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Drive the implementation and optimization of energy management systems in accordance with international standards. Provide senior management with detailed reports on energy performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Strategically plan and coordinate energy management initiatives to align with the company’s sustainability and cost-efficiency goals. Promote energy awareness and best practices across all departments, ensuring alignment with corporate energy objectives.
