Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Commercial Director will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of all commercial operations across fertilizers, crop protection, seeds, and related product lines.The role encompasses the development and execution of commercial strategies and business plans to drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability. The incumbent will lead and oversee the sales teams, ensure the effective implementation of sales strategies, and monitor performance against established targets.Key responsibilities also include analyzing market dynamics, identifying growth opportunities, managing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring that commercial activities are fully aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and governance standards.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, develop insights, and support data-driven decision-makingExpertise in Business Planning and Commercial Management, including strategy development and executionBachelor’s or master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering. MBA or advanced business qualification is a plus15–20 years of progressive experience in the agriculture sector, driving Sales and revenue growth through strategic initiatives.Proven leadership of commercial teams across fertilizers, crop protection, and seedsStrong experience in managing P&L and driving business growthBachelor’s or master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering.
