About the Role: We are looking for an experienced professional to generate leads, negotiate, and close leasing agreements strictly for retail and commercial units. This role is vital for driving revenue growth, optimizing occupancy, and ensuring the perfect tenant mix for our assets. Must-Have Qualifications (Please read before applying):• Experience: 2 – 4 years of professional experience, with a proven track record specifically in retail leasing and commercial real estate.• Industry Background: Direct experience working within malls or mixed-use developments is highly preferred. • Skills: Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage active deal pipelines and targets effectively. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Key Responsibilities:• Identify and approach potential brands and tenants to expand the active deal pipeline. • Present proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure all deals align with approved pricing strategies. • Coordinate directly with the Tenant Mix Planner to ensure strategic alignment and avoid duplication within the asset’s commercial strategy. • Manage the full cycle: from market research and contract processing with Legal/Finance, to closing deals within defined timelines. • Ensure accurate CRM record-keeping, secure internal approvals, and support tenant onboarding in coordination with Mall Management.
