This role is a critical leadership role responsible for spearheading the development and execution of the business unit strategy & strategic commercial initiatives that drive profitability and achieve organizational goals for Nawy. This senior position demands extensive experience in strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.The role requires a visionary leader who can align operational processes, enhance commercial tools andprocedures, and drive significant business growth.Key Responsibilities: Development of Commercial Plans:○ Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive commercial plans that align with company profit and loss (P&L) objectives.○ Develop long-term strategic goals and actionable plans to achieve these objectives.○ Drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives to support business growth.○ Ensure plans are innovative, strategically sound, and effectively implemented. Cross-Functional Collaboration:○ Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the seamless execution of strategic initiatives.○ Facilitate teamwork and effective communication across the organization.○ Serve as a liaison between departments to harmonize objectives and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
