• Coordinate with Security and Facility Management teams to communicate Living Zone guidelines for ongoing works, ensuring proper enforcement and adherence to safety regulations. • Monitor and enforce community rules and regulations, and communicate professionally with owners/residents regarding violations and required corrective actions.• Handle residents’ and owners’ requests, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.• Monitor and respond to reported violations within the community and coordinate with concerned departments to implement necessary actions.• Control Main gate access.• Conduct client tours for undelivered units and provide accurate community-related information.• Support the Sales team during client visits and property tours when required.• Handle security clearances requested by contractors and following up on modifications during the finishing season.RequirementsEducation: BSc in Business Administration or related disciplines.Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience, preferably in the real estate field.Skills: Communication skills - Interpersonal skills. – Presentation skillsAbilities & Attitude: Precise, organized, and self-motivated
