Be a part of our journey to drive digital transformation worldwide.Noventiq is looking for a Compliance Analyst to support validation of Microsoft-funded services and pre-sales claims before submission.Key Responsibilities Validate claims against Microsoft program requirements and internal checklists. Review proof of execution (PoE) evidence, CPOR/customer association, activity records, delivery data and ROI narratives. Check documentation quality, uniqueness and traceability. Identify risks such as duplicated evidence, rushed engagements, fragmented activities or inconsistent delivery patterns. Partner with Regional Operations Centers and provide clear feedback on required corrections. Document findings, recommend actions and escalate compliance concerns when needed. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in compliance operations, incentives, claims processing, audit, PMO or deal desk. Strong analytical skills; confident user of Excel and/or Power BI. Ability to reconcile data, review evidence and spot inconsistencies. Clear written communication and ability to provide precise feedback to stakeholders. Ability to work in a distributed international environment. Nice To Have Experience with Microsoft partner programs or IT services. Spanish language skills.
