Key Responsibilities: Compliance & Regulatory OversightResearch, interpret, and implement UK healthcare regulations, with a strong focus on CQC standardsEnsure company policies and procedures remain up to date with regulatory changesAct as the internal subject matter expert on compliance requirementsSupport preparation for inspections and audits, including CQC reviews Quality AssuranceDevelop, implement, and maintain quality management systemsMonitor service delivery against established quality standardsIdentify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement initiatives Risk ManagementLead the development and maintenance of risk assessment frameworksConduct regular risk assessments across operations and implement mitigation strategiesMaintain and update risk registers, ensuring visibility and accountability Document ControlEstablish and manage a robust document control system.Ensure all policies, procedures, and records are accurately maintained, version-controlled, and accessible.Controlling data privacy across the organization.Support audit readiness through proper documentation and record-keepingStakeholder CollaborationWork closely with UK-based leadership and operational teamsProvide guidance and training to staff on compliance, quality, and risk-related matters Reporting & GovernancePrepare regular compliance and risk reports for senior managementTrack key performance indicators related to quality and complianceEscalate critical risks or compliance issues in a timely manner Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, healthcare management or a related fieldProven experience in compliance, risk management, or quality assurance (preferably in healthcare)Preferred to have strong understanding of UK healthcare regulations, particularly CQC standards (or ability to quickly acquire this knowledge)Experience in document control and audit preparationExcellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across different regionsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsFamiliarity with ISO standards or similar quality frameworksCertification in compliance, risk management, or quality assurance Key Competencies:Regulatory awareness and critical thinkingProcess-driven mindset with continuous improvement focusAbility to translate regulations into actionable policiesStrong ownership and accountabilityWorking Conditions:Working Days: Monday to Friday ( Saturday & Sunday off ).Working Hours: 11:00AM to 7:00PMWork Location: Heliopolis, Cairo
