This role is key to ensuring the smooth coordination for our Benghazi, Libya-based projects.Role purposeWe are looking for an Architect with strong Master Planning expertise to help shape large-scale, high-impact developments from early vision through concept design and planning submissions.You will work across multi-disciplinary teams to translate strategic intent into clear, buildable spatial frameworks, ensuring design quality, feasibility, and a strong narrative from day one.Key responsibilitiesLead and contribute to master plan and urban design concepts across mixed-use, hospitality, residential, and large-scale developmentsDevelop site analysis, constraints mapping, planning strategies, phasing concepts, and land-use frameworksProduce high-quality outputs: diagrams, layouts, massing studies, design narratives, and presentation decksCoordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders (engineering, landscape, mobility, cost, planning consultants, clients)Support feasibility studies, including density, GFA, unit mix, circulation, access, servicing, and infrastructure considerationsEnsure proposals align with local regulations, client objectives, and project viabilityPrepare and present design work in client meetings, workshops, and design reviewsMaintain design excellence, consistency, and documentation standards across deliverablesWhat you bringDegree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)Proven experience in master planning and early-stage concept design (5+ years), with international experience.
