Today, we are recruiting for a Consortium Interface Manager to join our team in Egypt. Lead and continuously improve the Interface Management process across the consortium, ensuring effective coordination and alignment between all project stakeholders. Govern interface registers, agreements, workflows, reporting processes, and ensure proper documentation, traceability, and accountability. Coordinate engineering activities between Siemens Mobility, consortium partners, employer representatives, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration. Chair interface meetings, technical workshops, and escalation boards, facilitating constructive discussions and driving timely decision-making. Support systems integration, engineering governance, and overall project delivery by ensuring alignment across multidisciplinary engineering teams. Lead the identification, assessment, and resolution of technical conflicts, interface risks, and complex multidisciplinary engineering challenges. Develop, maintain, and present project dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and management reports to support informed decision-making. Build trust and foster collaboration across organizations, promoting clear communication, engineering rigor, and a culture of accountability. Engage with senior management, customers, consortium partners, and technical teams to support strategic planning and resolve complex engineering issues. Establish and maintain structured communication processes, ensuring technical discussions are translated into clear agreements, responsibilities, actionable plans, and timely follow-up. What do I need to qualify for this job? Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, Civil, or equivalent). Minimum 15 years of professional engineering experience. At least 8 years of experience in Systems Integration, Interface Management, or Engineering Management. Experience in railway, metro, high-speed rail, or major infrastructure projects. Experience working in multinational and multi-contractor environments. Experience with engineering management, reporting, and collaboration platforms. Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering, Systems Integration, Railway Engineering, Stakeholder Management, Conflict Resolution, Leadership, Risk Management, Change Management, Negotiation, Communication, and Engineering Governance. Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage. Previous experience in leadership roles such as Interface Manager, Systems Integration Manager, Engineering Manager, Technical Project Manager, Chief Engineer, or equivalent on large railway or transportation infrastructure projects is preferred.
