The Construction Manager will oversee day-to-day construction activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating work across multiple trades to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role will manage site teams and subcontractors, monitor progress against project plans, and ensure that construction methods and materials comply with design specifications and company standards. The Construction Manager will be responsible for enforcing safety protocols, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring quality control at every phase of construction. The role also includes collaborating with project stakeholders, reviewing drawings and technical documents, tracking costs, and preparing regular progress and budget reports.QualificationsStrong construction management skills, including experience in Construction and Project Control for medium to large-scale projects.Proven Supervisory Skills to lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage daily operations on construction sites.Demonstrated ability in Budgeting, cost tracking, and resource allocation to keep projects within approved financial targets.Solid knowledge of Construction Safety standards, regulations, and best practices, with a track record of maintaining safe work environments.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Proficiency in project management and construction planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar software).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and quality standards.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients.Experience in large residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments in Egypt or the region is an advantage.
