This full-time, on-site role is based in New Capital and involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to manage progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain a safe working environment. The Senior Site Engineer will monitor quality control procedures, conduct site inspections, and verify that work complies with structural and civil engineering requirements. Responsibilities also include reviewing and interpreting technical documents, preparing site reports, tracking materials and resources, and supporting project managers with planning and scheduling. The role requires proactive communication with stakeholders to address site challenges, mitigate risks, and keep the project within scope, budget, and timeline.QualificationsStrong on-site construction supervision skills, including coordinating daily activities and managing field operations.Proficiency in structural engineering and civil engineering principles, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Experience in quality control processes, site inspections, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline; professional certification or membership is an advantage.Proven experience in a similar Senior Site Engineer or Site Engineer role within construction or real estate development projects.Familiarity with construction management software, MS Office, and relevant engineering tools.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and environmental regulations.Ability to work on-site full time in New Capital and manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
