The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, manage budgets, prepare reports, and monitor financial performance. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and collaborating with other departments to support organizational goals. The role also involves guiding the financial team and implementing best practices for effective financial management.QualificationsStrong expertise in Financial Planning, Budget Management, and Financial AnalysisProficiency in Accounting Principles, Tax Regulations, and Compliance StandardsAdvanced skills in Financial Modeling, Forecasting, and Data InterpretationExperience in Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Decision MakingExcellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in financial software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel and ERP systemsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)Previous experience (minimum 5 years) in a managerial finance role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry
