Job Purpose:The Construction Manager at M squared is responsible for managing and overseeing construction activities on behalf of the developer, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.Job Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate construction activities from start to completion.Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.Monitor project schedule and ensure timely progress.Control costs and track project budget.Review drawings and ensure work matches design specifications.Ensure quality standards and compliance with regulations.Enforce health and safety requirements on site.Resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges.Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and internal teams.Prepare progress reports and update management.Oversee project completion, inspections, and handover.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.10 to 15 years of experience in construction, with real estate or large-scale projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Experience in project planning, cost control, and contract management.Good understanding of health, safety, and quality standards.Professional certifications are a plus (e.g., PMP, CCM, or equivalent).Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
