Job Purpose:To ensure optimal cash flow management by closely monitoring the company’s cash position, securing sufficient liquidity to meet obligations, and maintaining effective coordination between banks, the collection team, and internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for executing daily cash operations, reconciling financial records, and supporting treasury-related activities to enhance financial efficiency and control.Job Responsibilities:Monitor the company’s daily cash position to ensure adequate liquidity for meeting all payment obligations.Track and reconcile cash collections with bank statements against sales records, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.Review and analyze weekly bounced check reports and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.Follow up on daily financial operations with Sales, Customer Service, and Collection teams to ensure timely cash application.Conduct monthly reconciliations with non-financial institutions to validate NR collections, interest payments, and settlement of monthly dues.Review and validate all cash management entries recorded in the system on a daily basis.Assist in preparing short-term cash flow forecasts and reporting variances.Ensure compliance with internal controls and company financial policies related to cash handling and banking.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.3–5 years of relevant experience in Cash Management preferably in Real Estate industry.Strong understanding of cash flow cycles, banking operations, and reconciliation processes.Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar).Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders.High integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and financial control.
