The work splits roughly 50/50 between commercial work (pipeline, outbound, sales) and project work (consulting engagements, proposals, delivery), with design tasks woven through both.This is not a role where you wait three months to do something real. You'll own campaigns, draft client-facing slides, run research, and operate AI systems from week one. We grow fast, which means you grow fast, and the role you join will not be the role you have in twelve months.You'll work directly with the founders and the senior team. No layer of middle management to hide behind, in either direction.What you'll doOpen new commercial conversations through outbound campaigns you build and run end-to-end, from targeting through copy, follow-up, and reply triageHelp shape and deliver consulting engagements: research, frameworks, models, narratives, and the slides that pull them all togetherOwn visual quality across everything we send out, decks, proposals, written deliverables. Sharp design is part of how we winUse AI as a force multiplier in your daily work, not as a novelty.
