Dottopia is hiring a Content Manager to lead our content team and raise the quality of our strategic and creative output.We are looking for someone who goes beyond managing content calendars. The right candidate should know how to understand brands, read audiences, spot insights, and turn them into strong content strategies, creative directions, and campaign ideas.This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, leadership, and agency experience.ResponsibilitiesBuild content strategies based on brand goals, audience insights, and platform behavior.Lead the content team across planning, ideation, copywriting, and execution.Turn client briefs into clear content directions, campaigns, and monthly themes.Review content calendars, captions, scripts, reels ideas, and campaign concepts.Push the team toward stronger, more original, and insight-led ideas.Work closely with account managers, designers, media buyers, and clients.Improve content quality, team structure, and internal content processes.RequirementsProven experience in a content leadership role within a digital or creative agency.Strong strategic mindset and creative judgment.Ability to extract insights from audiences, competitors, trends, and market behavior.Experience leading, coaching, and building content teams.Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats.Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities.What we are looking forThinks strategically before creating content.Knows how to ask the right questions and find the right insight.Can turn a weak brief into a strong direction.Can lead a team, not just manage tasks.Has agency experience and understands client pressure, deadlines, revisions, and quality expectations.Is creative, but also structured.Can raise the level of the content department and build a stronger team around them.
