We Are Hiring | Contract Administrator – Egypt Back OfficeSaudi Elaf Co. Ltd. is looking to hire a Contract Administrator to join its back-office team in Egypt, supporting construction projects in Saudi Arabia.Required Experience: • 3–5 years of relevant experience in contract administration within the construction or engineering sector. • Practical experience in contractual correspondence, variations, claims, Extension of Time submissions and payment-related matters. • Good understanding of construction contracts and subcontract administration. • Ability to review contractual documents, identify risks and maintain proper notices and records. • Strong drafting and communication skills in English. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. • Previous exposure to FIDIC-based contracts or projects in Saudi Arabia/GCC is preferred.Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and review contractual letters, notices and responses. • Assist in the preparation and assessment of claims, variations and EOT submissions. • Monitor contractual obligations, deadlines and notice requirements. • Maintain claims, variations and correspondence registers. • Support project teams with contractual and commercial matters. • Review subcontractor correspondence, claims and payment documentation. • Coordinate with the Saudi Arabia-based contracts and commercial team.Location: Egypt – Back Office Position: Full-timeOnly candidates meeting the relevant experience requirements will be considered.
