Key Accountabilities:Provide first- and second-line support for production incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues through effective analytical and problem-solving approaches.Monitor and manage service requests and incidents in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Administer and maintain the ticketing system, ensuring accurate tracking, prioritization, and closure of incidents and requests.Manage and support integrations between ADI Consumer Finance systems and third-party partners to ensure seamless data exchange and service continuity.Oversee vendor relationships for application support services, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and compliance with agreed service standards.Coordinate with infrastructure vendors to maintain system availability, performance, and operational stabilityQualifications, Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or its equivalence.0 to 2 years of experience in IT or any related field of work, consumer finance is a plus.
