Main job duties and responsibilities:Ensure that contract terms and conditions are clearly understood and properly implemented.Manage contract correspondence, claims, variations, and extensions of time.Support the procurement process by preparing tender documents, scopes of work, and contract packages.Evaluate contractor bids, conduct commercial analysis, and assist in contract award processes.Analyze and manage contractor claims and disputes in coordination with legal advisors.Maintain a risk register related to contractual and commercial issues and suggest mitigation measures.Assist in resolving contractual conflicts and change orders efficiently.Liaise with project managers, consultants, and legal teams to ensure alignment on contract execution.Interface with contractors and vendors to manage performance and compliance.Participate in negotiation meetings and project reviews as required.Maintain contract files, correspondence logs, and commercial records.Provide periodic reports on contract status, risks, variations, and claims.Ensure documentation is aligned with project controls, schedules, and cost forecasts.Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.Job requirements:Educational background and previous experience:Bachelor’s degree of Electromechanical EngineeringMin. 3 years of relevant professional experience.
