Contracts Manager

Manage and administer all contractual aspects of infrastructure and residential construction projectsPrepare, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, subcontracts, and agreementsHandle claims, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute resolutionEnsure compliance with FIDIC and local contractual regulationsCoordinate with project, commercial, legal, and procurement teamsMonitor contractual risks and provide mitigation strategiesSupport management in contract-related decision-making and reportingSkillsMinimum 10 years of proven experience as a Contracts ManagerStrong background in infrastructure and residential construction projectsIn-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Saudi construction practicesExcellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skillsBachelor’s degree in engineering, or related fieldExperience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is highly preferred
