Job Purpose:The Coordinator is responsible for implementing the brand's display standards in the shop to optimize sales opportunities and increase sales volume.Responsibilities:Continuously replenish stocks on the shelves to ensure products are always available.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate product rotation.Ensure shelves and floor are tidy and clean at all times to enhance the shopping experience.Collaborate with sales associates to create and maintain the appropriate visual environment at all times.Assist with client servicing as needed to ensure timely response to their needs, adhering to quality and customer service standards.Distribute and arrange merchandise to maximize available space while adhering to company guidelines and display mapping (customer profile, color harmony, etc.) to attract a maximum number of customers and promote sales.
