The Corporate Contracts Manager should provide comprehensive legal support and strategic counsel to the business by ensuring legal compliance, managing contracts and corporate matters, supporting commercial activities, and leading compliance and data privacy initiatives across the organization.Legal Advisory, Contracts & Business Support:Assist in planning, conducting legal research, and providing day-to-day legal advice to different departments, especially in corporate, labor, and commercial matters.Prepare legal documents compliant with contract terms and participate in handling complex corporate projects.Support marketing and sales teams by negotiating contract issues, coordinating with external legal counsel, handling advertising clearance and disputes, and advising on privacy/GDPR, digital matters, competition law, and other civil, commercial, and administrative matters.Support business in ongoing projects and related legal requirements by acting as a trusted legal business partner.Provide proactive legal support on commercial matters and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.Handle legal issues related to business development, corporate governance, labor law, and manage the contracts portfolio.Negotiate agreements for local organizations.Keep close follow-up on the contract management database.Compliance, Data Privacy & Legal Governance:Monitor the implementation of local laws, regulations, and company-wide policies.Ensure external legal counsel provides high-quality and cost-effective services.Ensure, coordinate, and support the data privacy framework at country level.Coordinate compliance activities with Local Data Protection Coordinators and Global Head Data Privacy, including compliance assessments.Lead major regional and local compliance and business projects.Lead complex global/regional projects requiring business understanding, effective communication, and practical legal solutions.Development of Employee’s Performance:Provides support for the professional development of direct reports.Direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of the team and oversee their daily activities.Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure targets are met or exceeded.Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.Required Industry Experience: Minimum 7 Years of Experience.Technological Requirements: Excellent command of Microsoft Suites.Language Requirements: Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
