The Corporate Insurance Sales professional will identify and pursue new corporate clients, present tailored insurance solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, understanding their risk profile and coverage needs, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with internal teams and insurance partners to ensure accurate policy issuance. The role involves maintaining long-term relationships with corporate accounts, providing ongoing account management, and delivering high standards of customer service. The individual will also track sales activities, meet assigned targets, and provide regular reporting on pipeline, performance, and market feedback.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Insurance Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding corporate sales targets.Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance products and concepts, including corporate risk and coverage options.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.Candidates should possess experience in Insurance Brokerage, including working with multiple insurance providers to develop tailored solutions.Candidates should possess familiarity with Health Insurance offerings and the ability to explain benefits and terms clearly to corporate clients.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with decision-makers at various organizational levels.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, manage time effectively, and handle multiple accounts and priorities.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; relevant insurance certifications are an advantage.Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems to manage leads, accounts, and sales reporting.Previous experience in corporate or commercial insurance sales is highly beneficial.
