Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Motor Insurance Sales Advisor, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Motor Insurance Sales Advisor will be responsible for providing expert advice on motor insurance products, understanding customer needs, guiding clients through policy options, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience. The advisor will also assist customers with the claims process and work closely with the broader team to meet sales objectives and maintain client satisfaction. QualificationsExperience in insurance and knowledge of various motor insurance products.Understanding of finance and consulting practices in the insurance industry.Strong customer service and relationship management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a team environment.Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred but not mandatory.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
