Develop, implement, and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures to ensure accurate cost allocationAnalyze production costs, variances, and profitability, providing actionable insights to managementPrepare cost reports, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business objectivesMonitor inventory transactions, reconciliations, and valuation processesSupport month-end and year-end closing activities related to cost and inventoryCollaborate with operations, procurement, and finance teams to identify cost-saving opportunitiesConduct cost audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulationsPerform variance analysis and highlight key deviations with recommendationsPrepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field1–5 years of experience in cost accountingExperience in one of the following industries is a must:Manufacturing / IndustrialFood industriesRetailFMCGF&BStrong knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory managementProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systemsExperience with ERP systems is a strong advantageStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and teamwork skills
