Key Responsibilities:1. Cost ControlPrepare project budgets and cost estimates for works Monitor project expenses and compare with planned budgets Analyze cost variances and provide corrective recommendations Prepare cost reports (weekly/monthly) Review contractor invoices and payment certificates 2. Technical Office DutiesReview shop drawings, layouts, and specifications Prepare and revise technical submittals (materials, equipment) Coordinate with site engineers and other disciplines.Ensure compliance with project specs and standards.Assist in value engineering and cost optimization 3. Quantity SurveyingTake off quantities from drawings. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) Track material usage and wastage 4. Planning & CoordinationSupport project planning and scheduling Coordinate with procurement team for material delivery Follow up on project progress and deadlines 5. Documentation & ReportingPrepare technical reports and progress reports Maintain project documentation and records Handle RFIs (Requests for Information) and technical queries  Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architect Engineering 1–3 years of experience (varies by level) Experience in construction companies.  Skills Required:Proficiency in: Revit is a must AutoCAD  PrimaveraStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities.
