The Counter Staff will be responsible for assisting customers with travel inquiries, making bookings, managing reservations, and offering a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include providing information on travel packages, handling transactions, addressing customer needs, and delivering exceptional service to ensure satisfaction. The role may also involve promoting special offers and maintaining an organized workspace.Qualifications• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.• Customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients and promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.• Basic sales acumen, with the ability to recommend and promote travel packages or additional services to meet customer needs.• Experience of min. 2 years, showcasing an understanding of customer-focused environments.• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing bookings and handling transactions efficiently.• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; a degree or certification in hospitality, travel, or related fields is an advantage.
