About the roleLIPS Healthcare is a private multi-specialty clinic at Battersea Power Station, London. Our marketing team is building its content capability and we need someone who can work across formats without needing to be told when to switch. Social posts, landing page copy, video scripts, and campaign assets for our consultants are all in scope. The work is fast-moving, the formats vary, and the brief is sometimes loose.This role sits within the marketing team and works closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for campaigns and paid channels. It reports to the Growth Marketing Manager.What you will be doingWriting and producing content for our social channels, primarily (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok) with a clear understanding of what performs on each platformWriting copy for landing pages and web pages, including service pages for individual specialties and consultantsScripting short-form video content for use online and at our Battersea Power Station siteSupporting the creation of personal brand campaigns for our medical consultants, which means getting to know who they are, what they treat, and how to communicate their expertise to prospective patientsResearching our patient profiles and target audiences to inform messaging, not just executing briefsMonitoring content trends in healthcare and adjacent categories and bringing ideas to the team before we are behindSupporting campaign builds across digital channels and physical activations at BatterseaWhat we are looking for2 to 5 years of experience in a content, copywriting, or creative production roleA portfolio that shows range: social content, written copy, and at least one format beyond static posts (video scripts, email, event materials, or similar)Strong written English with the ability to adjust tone depending on the channel and audienceComfortable doing independent research and using what you find, rather than waiting for a complete briefAble to manage several active workstreams at once without losing track of deliverablesExperience working in healthcare, regulated sectors, or professional services is a plus but not a requirementComfortable working remotely and communicating clearly across a distributed teamNice to haveFamiliarity with social scheduling and content management toolsA working understanding of how landing pages convert, even without formal performance marketing experienceExperience scripting for talking-head or short-form video formatsExposure to personal brand or thought leadership content for professionalsAbout the teamThe marketing team at LIPS operates with a back-office base in Egypt, working closely with the clinical and commercial teams in London. This is a hybrid role.
