The role involves building relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers, identifying new project opportunities, and promoting the company's products and solutions.Key Responsibilities- Conduct meetings with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers- Build and maintain strong professional relationships within the industry- Identify and follow up on new business opportunities and projects- Present company products and solutions to potential clients- Support efforts to get the company specified in projects and approved vendor lists- Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements- Create and publish 1–2 social media posts per week showcasing company projects and products. - Bachelor's degree in engineering- Experience in business development, sales, construction, real estate, building materials, or related fields is a plus.- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.- Professional appearance and confidence in client-facing meetings.- Existing relationships with architects, consultants, developers, or contractors are a strong advantage.- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
