As we expand our presence across the Middle East, we are looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead our Cairo studio and be a key driver of creative excellence in the Gulf and broader MEA region.As Creative Director, you will set the creative vision for our studios, spearhead client relationships across the Gulf, and inspire a team of 10+ creative professionals to produce award-worthy work. You will be the creative compass for campaigns ranging from brand identity and digital experiences to large-scale integrated productions, all while maintaining the highest standards of strategic thinking and craft.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCreative LeadershipDefine and champion the overall creative vision and quality bar for the studio.Lead the ideation, development, and execution of integrated creative campaigns across brand, digital, social, and production.Review and provide constructive, decisive creative direction across multiple projects.Stay ahead of cultural trends, platform innovations, and consumer behaviours relevant to MEA audiences.Team ManagementManage, mentor, and inspire a team of 20+ creatives including art directors, copywriters, designers, and content specialists.Foster a collaborative, high-performance studio culture that balances ambition with operational rigour.Lead talent recruitment, onboarding, and professional development within the creative department.Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular reviews to support team growth.Client & Business DevelopmentBuild and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients across the Gulf region.Lead and win new creative pitches, from strategic framing and creative concepting through to presentation delivery.Serve as a senior creative authority in client-facing workshops, strategy sessions, and production reviews.Collaborate with account and strategy teams to ensure creative output is grounded in client objectives and brand strategy.Operational ExcellencePartner with producers and project managers to maintain quality standards while meeting timeline and budget requirements.Establish creative processes and feedback frameworks that enable scalability and consistency across the studio.Champion the integration of new technologies, including AI-powered creative tools, into the studio's workflow.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSMinimum 8 years of experience in creative direction, within a digital agency, production company, or in-house creative studio.Minimum 5 years of direct experience working with clients from the GCC, with a deep understanding of Gulf market culture, consumer sensibilities, and brand expectations.Proven track record leading and winning new business pitches, from brief to final presentation.Demonstrated experience managing and developing creative teams across multidisciplinary functions (art direction, copywriting, graphic and motion design).Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work across digital, social, brand, and production disciplines.Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills; able to articulate and defend creative decisions with clarity and confidence.Experience working with major brands in sectors such as FMCG, financial services, or government.Proficiency in leading creative tools and familiarity with emerging AI-powered creative technologies.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Arts, or a related discipline preferred.
