Key Account Manager – Industrial B2BLocation: EgyptWe are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join a leading multinational business operating within the industrial sector.This role will focus on driving profitable growth through key account development, new business acquisition, value-based selling, and long-term customer relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and secure new business opportunities across targeted industrial sectors.Develop and execute account plans to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.Expand existing customer relationships through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.Account ManagementBuild strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Understand customer operations and develop tailored commercial solutions.Manage contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements.Market DevelopmentMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.Promote value-added solutions and customer-focused initiatives.Work closely with technical, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Commercial PerformanceDeliver sales growth and market share objectives.Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.Ensure effective credit management and working capital discipline.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial or related discipline preferred).5–7 years of successful B2B sales experience within industrial sectors.Proven experience managing key accounts and developing profitable customer relationships.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Fluent in English and Arabic.
