Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Credentialing Specialist, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for managing the credentialing and re-credentialing processes for medical staff and healthcare providers. Tasks include verifying healthcare providers' credentials, submitting applications to payers like Medicare, maintaining accurate credentialing records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to both medical providers and payers. Collaboration with internal teams and communication with external stakeholders is an integral part of this role.
