The Credit Control Specialist will manage outstanding payments and customer accounts, review and analyze credit applications and financial data, resolve customer billing inquiries, and ensure timely payments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, and preparing regular reports for management.QualificationsProven experience in collections, customer service, or accounts receivableStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to handle difficult conversations professionallyAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsBasic accounting knowledgeProficiency in MS Office and accounting softwareProblem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesProficiency in Credit Management with a strong understanding of Finance conceptsExcellent Analytical Skills to assess financial data and evaluate credit risksStrong Customer Service and Communication skills for resolving inquiries and maintaining client relationshipsDetail-oriented mindset and the ability to maintain accurate recordsProficiency in relevant financial software and toolsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldPrior experience in credit control or financial roles is an advantageAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
