In this position, the associate greets customers, responds to inquiries, and provides product and service information in a professional and courteous manner. Daily responsibilities include assisting with purchases, handling returns or exchanges, and resolving basic issues or concerns while following store policies. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, and supporting checkout processes as needed. The associate collaborates with colleagues and supervisors to ensure consistent service standards and a positive in-store experience for all customers.QualificationsStrong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.Effective communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.Basic retail operations skills, such as cash handling, point-of-sale system use, and inventory support.Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to address customer concerns calmly and efficiently.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks, such as stocking and moving merchandise.Prior experience in retail, customer care, or a similar in-store role is preferred but not required.High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial; willingness to learn and participate in training is essential.
