In this position, the agent will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided. Daily responsibilities include handling complaints, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members when needed. The agent will track interactions in customer service systems, follow up to ensure resolution, and maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every contact.
