Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Customer Service Representative based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will engage directly with customers to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring seamless communication, and providing personalized support to enhance the overall customer experience. You will play an integral role in representing Tabby as the primary point of contact for customer concerns.
