Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Director with a strong background in the real estate sector to lead and enhance our customer experience strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, improving client satisfaction, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across all touchpoints.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement customer service strategies aligned with company goalsLead, mentor, and manage the customer service teamHandle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolutionMonitor service performance metrics and improve KPIs (CSAT, NPS, etc.)Collaborate with sales, property management, and operations teamsDesign and improve customer journey and after-sales service processesEnsure compliance with company policies and real estate regulationsImplement CRM systems and optimize customer data management Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field7+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleMandatory: Experience in the real estate industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with CRM systems and customer service toolsAbility to analyze data and drive continuous improvement
