This opportunity offers a hybrid work model during the first three months, followed by a fully remote work-from-home arrangement.Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish- and English-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in company systems.Resolve issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs.Requirements:Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.Graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.Ability to work rotational shifts and rotational days off.Comfortable working on-site in Maadi during the first three months.Compensation & Benefits:Up to 32,000 EGP Net monthly compensation package.Basic Salary: 24,800 EGP Net.Performance KPIs: Up to 6,200 EGP Net.Overnight Allowance: 1,000 EGP Net.$200 Welcome Bonus ($100 after the second month and $100 after the third month).Promotion opportunities after three months.Work-from-home flexibility after the initial onboarding period.Working Schedule:Monday to Thursday: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM (on-site during the first 3 months).Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: Work from home.9 working hours scheduled between 2:00 PM and 2:00 AM, depending on business needs.
