By tailoring our solutions to meet each client's unique needs, we work collaboratively to drive exceptional results.Role DescriptionCompensation • Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures. • Participate in job evaluation, grading, and salary structure development. • Prepare compensation proposals for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers. • Support annual performance and salary review cycles, including data analysis and reporting. • Maintain accurate compensation data within HRIS systems. Benefits • Administer employee benefits programs (medical, life insurance, allowances, retirement plans, etc.). • Coordinate with insurance providers, brokers, and vendors to manage renewals and resolve employee issues. • Communicate benefits programs clearly to employees and support onboarding sessions. • Monitor benefit utilization and recommend improvements or cost-effective alternatives. Compliance & Reporting • Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws and company policies. • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management decision-making. • Support internal and external audits related to payroll, benefits, and HR compliance. Employee Support • Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and policy interpretation. • Provide guidance to managers on compensation decisions and best practicesRequirements: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Professional certifications (SHRM CP, or any other related HR Certificates) are a must. • 2–4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics. • Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel proficiency. • Familiarity with HRIS systems. • Excellent communication, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities.
