We are seeking an experienced and professional Guest Relations Specialist (Tier 2) to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting UK-based customers with inquiries related to hotel reservations, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.As a Tier 2 representative, you will handle more complex queries, provide detailed support, and act as an escalation point for customer concerns. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive experience for our guests.Transportation is provided Medial and Social Insurance is provided Morning Account (shifts starts at 10AM, 11AM and 1PM)Training is paid C1 level (or equivalent) proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skillsFree of commitments for 6 monthsExperience in the BPO industry is a mustCan commit to the work location ( Madinet Nasr \ Maadi )
