Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent with 2–5 years of experience in the software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships, while also providing ongoing customer support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and digital channelsPresent and sell the company’s software solutions services to potential clientsUnderstand client needs and propose suitable solutionsAchieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clientsFollow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectivelyCustomer Support Duties:Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients after closing dealsHandle client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional mannerCoordinate with internal teams (operations, tech) to ensure smooth service deliveryMonitor client satisfaction and work on retention and upselling opportunitiesProvide basic troubleshooting or guidance related to services/productsRequirements2–4 years of experience in sales (preferably in software industry)Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsV.good command of English (spoken and written)Ability to handle both sales and customer support responsibilitiesExperience with CRM systems is a plusTarget-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
