The Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales cycle for residential and investment properties, including prospecting, lead follow-up, property showings, and closing transactions. Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and property options, as well as preparing and reviewing contracts, offers, and related documentation. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, new developments, and legal requirements. The Real Estate Agent will provide responsive customer service, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and actively nurture long-term client relationships.QualificationsStrong client-facing capabilities, including excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships.Proven Sales skills, with experience managing the full sales process from lead generation to closing.Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and advocate effectively for clients.High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail in all documentation and transactions.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage a dynamic schedule, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with local New Cairo real estate market trends; prior experience in real estate brokerage or property sales is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required, depending on experience.
